The Planetarium of Brussels is located on avenue de Bouchout. The Planetarium lets you discover the beauties of the starry sky, under a semi-spherical dome that allows a journey through the celestial vault, panoramic landscapes and astronomical images.
EXPO Come and discover the marvels of a starry sky projected on a 23m diameter, 360° screen. At the Planetarium you can be as close as possible to the launching of a rocket, visit the International Space Station, fly over the surface of Mars, approach the rings of Saturn! And why stop there? Do you dare pass the limits of the Milky Way? Will you let yourself be taken on an exploration of the extreme boundaries of the Universe?
SLOW VISIT Birth of Planet Earth tells the twisted tale of our planet’s origins. In the fiery beginnings of our young solar system, worlds were born and obliterated. A young sun vented its rage. Chaos reigned. How did Earth become a living planet in the wake of our solar system’s violent birth? What does its history tell us about our chances of finding other worlds that are truly Earth-like?
